We use traditional, authentic recipes and home made, fresh ingredients. The only oil in our products is our Tahini which we make ourselves. We prepare a complete line of Mediterranean food to perfection. We are pleased to offer sixteen (16) flavors of regular hommus as well as six (6) flavors of zero fat now with 25% more in each container. All of our products are made to order to ensure quality and safe food for consumption.
