Appetizer-Crostini with Hommus and Parsley

Yield: 12 servings
Ingredients:
- 24 1/4" thick slices french bread
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
- Oasis hummus
- Freshly chopped parsley
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly brush both sides of bread slices with olive oil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-18 minutes until the bread slices are crisp, dry, and light golden brown, turning once during baking.
Or prepare bread and grill, turning once, until bread is crisp and golden, about 2-4 minutes per side. Top w/ hummus and chopped parsley and serve.
