Deviled Tomato

Ingredients

1/2 cup Oasis brand Zero Fat Hommus (any flavor)

1 large ripe tomato

1/4 cup low fat mozzarella

1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

salt, pepper

Directions

1 Slice about a quarter inch off the top of the tomato. With a spoon, hollow out the tomato.

2 Mix the hommus, parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3 Stuff the hollowed out tomato with the mixture and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.

4 Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the tomato is heated through. Enjoy!
