Mexican Mediterranean Rollups

Ingredients

10 oz. Oasis Jalapeno Hommus

10 oz. Oasis Zero Fat Black Bean Dip

1 bag Oasis White or Wheat Pita Bread

14 oz. Oasis Tomato Bruschetta

Directions

1 Mix Oasis Jalapeno hommus.

2 Split apart the pita bread into 2 halves, otherwise it will be too much to roll

3 Spread a thin layer of the Oasis Zero Fat Black Bean Dip then a thin layer of Oasis Jalapeno Hommus.

4 Chill then Slice each roll in half. Serve with Oasis Salsa, Oasis Bruschetta or you can make the Quick and Easy Guacamole for dipping. (See appetizer recipe)"
